Posters inspired by the next Bond movie

In the world of longest running franchises I am pretty sure that the Bond movies are at the top. The first movie, Thunderball, was released in 1962 and more than 50 years later movies are still made about the British spy.

Skyfall (which ended up in my top 10 list in 2012) again proved Bond is still extremely popular and people are already speculating about what the next, 24th, movie will be. The popularity seems easy to explain: It is a franchise which appeals to people so much because the world James Bond lives in, despite his dangerous missions, is an exciting one. He always dresses sharp, is able to attract any woman, drives awesome cars and loves to gamble, whether that’s playing high stakes poker in Casino Royale or trying to defeat villain Maximillian Largo in a futuristic game called Domination in Never Say Never Again. A site like Ladbrokes Casino is already looking forward to the next installment and has commissioned various artists to design posters for the next movie. This has resulted in five interesting designs, based on previous movies in the series.

  1. My favorite is Nathalie’s followed closely by Jack’s.

I gave the edge to Nathalie’s because it is very Bondish, and reminiscent of a Bond film’s opening credits.
