Review The Invisible Guest

Adrián Doria (Mario Casas) is one of Spain’s most successful businessmen. Despite his success, he ends up in a situation he can’t escape, despite his money. The police found him in a hotel room, together with the lifeless body of his mistress. He himself claims to be innocent, but since nobody could have left the room (the windows could not open and the door was closed with a chain on the inside), the police are convinced that he is the perpetrator. He has only a few hours left before he will be arrested. He is visited by Virginia Goodman (Ana Wagener), a retired top lawyer who is willing to help him. In his luxurious apartment she interrogates him as if she were the prosecutor, in order to know the truth of what happened.

“watch it tonight…”

If you’re looking for an extremely good thriller, dont look any further. Director and writer Oriol Paulo manages to create a film in a masterful way that constantly causes the viewer to ask more questions and lets people doubt what exactly happened. It also surprises you constantly. With a mysterious, threatening atmosphere, a shot of a hotel that have been copied from The Shining and strong acting, this is a title that simply should not be missed. Honestly, it should be at the top of your Netflix queue. Watch it tonight!
