Sharon Stone was born on March 10, 1958 in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She has a degree in creative writing and fine arts. As she was growing up she did modeling and became Miss Crawford County. In 1977 she moved to New Jersey and started working for the Ford Modeling Agency in New York. She wanted to become an actress and had her first role in Woody Allen’s Stardust Memories as an extra. She appeared in various B-movies and had her big break in Total Recall as the wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s character. Her real breakthrough came when she played Catherine Tramell in Paul Verhoeven’s Basic Instinct. She has since appeared in a big number of movies including Sliver, The Specialist, The Quick and the Dead, Antz, Casino, Catwoman, Broken Flowers, Alpha Dog and many others. Her performance in Casino got her an Oscar nomination.

  1. Switching subjects, you could do the “Many Faces of…” for celebrities that have had too much plastic surgery: Lindsay Lohan, Mickey Rourke, etc..

    • Hahaha, well I’ll note down Mickey Rourke for a future installment. Just was checking and I’m quickly closing in on the 100th installment of the series.

    • Yeah. Verhoeven later told in an interview that she was complaining about that one scene but he said she knew all along what would be shot.
