Brie Larson

Brie Larson was born on the first of October 1989 in Sacramento, California. When growing up she moved to Los Angeles together with her mother and sister when her parents divorced. She was homeschooled, but later went to the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco to learn about acting. She started her career on TV doing small roles in To Have & to Hold, Touched by an Angel, Popular and Then Came You. In the series Raising Dad, together with Bob Saget she had a bigger role. She made music and released the album Finally Out of P.E.
She also started appearing in movies and was in 13 Going on 30, Farce of the Penguins and The Babysitter.

Her roles were getting bigger and she stood out in Greenberg and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Other movies she has been in are Rampart, 21 Jump Street, Don Jon, Short Term 12, The Gambler and Trainwreck. Her recent role in Room got her an Oscar.

  1. I love her. My favorite role of hers is still Short Term 12, followed by Room. And I’ll always have a soft spot for her playing Envy Adams in Scott Pilgrim.

  2. So far, Room is my favorite performance from her with Short Term 12 in second. I also love her in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Don Jon, and 21 Jump Street. She also had a supporting part in Sleepover as Sara Paxton’s friend in the film which she was good in as I think you missed a still from that film.

    • I can imagine, she was very goot in Room. Yeah, I might have missed it, but sometimes I simply am not able to find stills from specific movies.
